I order & received free trial. Called to Cancel & the next month another box shows up this little dance happened all the way up to today. When I got furious on the Phone Robert ID# 4030 told me I have never contacted to company but he will give me a refuned if I send it back in 2 weeks I said whats my return code, he sat there dumfounded & I said "that right how would I know about needing an auth # for sending it back if I never called before to return this garbage?" This shit is a scam & needs to be shut DOWN!!!!!
