I had a unliscensed software not posted on my home 365 microsoft account. I contacted a microsoft help web page and was directed to omnisoft support for help. They first wanted $600 to resolve the issue. Then they dropped the price to $499.99. Then they dropped the price to $449.99. I accepted that price as I really needed my microsoft products. Omnisoft claimed to have re-installed my home 365 plus cleaned my 3 computers of all virused and malware. Several days later I noticed that my computers were running slow. I contacted my internet supplier. My cable was found to be fine. I had them review my each of my computers. They found many issues (that Omnitech support said they had "fixed". I am disputing the charge made by Omnitech Support to my Visa account. By the way, my internet supplier fixed the issues for $130 for all three machines.
