They send me a letter with a check for 997.00. I went to the bank on Oct. 30 and deposited the check and the funds were available immediately. On November 1, I called the number on the letter 905-781-3471 They gave me further instructions to go to the bank get the money out and purchase a MONEY PACK for $915. They told me that they had sent me the check that cleared for me to put aside for taxes. Since the funds were already available at the bank I though I had nothing to loose and went to purchase the card. DO NOT BUY MONEY PACK at WALLMART. I bought the card I did not scratched the card. I thought that is the number you need to protect. Wen I called again they asked for the activation number on the receipt, not the number you scratch from the card. Needless to say that in minutes the card was empty. The MONEY PACK gives you instructions I followed them but there is a flow. THERE IS A FLOW IN MONEY PACK INSTRUCTIONS. Please I Called MONEY PACK. They know what's going on but they are not doing anything to change the procedure.
