We had a contract with this pool company for their best pool when the finance person called to finalize the deal she stated that two boxes had been checked one for the top of the line pool, which is what our contract shows and their midline pool was also checked on the companies copy of the contract and someone had put my initials beside it. Company is now telling me they cannot sell me the pool we have the contract on for the price that was quoted to us in our co tract and they are refusing to give our money back
