We purchased the Service Contract for our RV in 2008 and signed a Service Contract Refund Agreement stating our full purchase price would be refunded if we did not file a claim, which we did not claim on this contract. We received a letter from the RV company we purchased our RV from in 2011 stating that Signet Financial was preparing to go out of business. We couldn't file for a refund until 2013, which of course, we could not get in touch with Signet in 2013.
