Just like the many others. I was promised 100.00 in a form of a rebate for my trip. I paid the 1.00 to them and he told me he would email me the rebate form worth 100.00. That never happened, never received it. Then they told me they can't email it again. Really?? They said only a certain dept. can email, and they only do it once. Amazing this is still going on today. "Say whatever on the phone to get your buisiness, so shady. I get the membership information 2 weeks later and of course there are no rebate form. I call again, she told me they would mail them out this time and I will get it within 2 weeks. Well this time they did come. BUT, it was split into two rebate forms, 50.00 USD each. On the back of the rebate form it states you can only use one for each "trip" not what I was told. He also failed to say it takes 6-8 weeks to receive it. I cancelled my membership and got a reference #, then called back with a blocked ID to make sure it was really cancelled. Please make sure you do that when you cancel in general with any company. Unless they are going to email you while you are on the phone. Unreal, I didn't even bother calling to complain about the details, because it's worthless after reading complaint after complaint against this company. You just can't believe what these phone reps say on the phone. Unless you get it in writing NEVER give your credit card information over the phone. Paypal is a form of payment I suggest for any online sales and I wouldn't give any information over the phone today. So far so good with not being billed but we will see. I also will see if I get the 50.00 I was promised. Why do I feel like I won't? Oh ya because I cancelled before they could re bill me! Worth and shot.
