This charg of $9.95 has shown up on my bank account. I caused a $20.00 overdraft. I have no idea what Perfect Home Select is and am on a fixed income and would not ever approve this. My last cataloge order at JCP was in Nove. 11 2010. I called them and was told that they stopped offering this months ago. So how is it you can charge me for something I never orderd. I expect a full refund including the $20.00 overdraft IMEDIATLY. MY phone is 801-556-2282.
The entry date for the order was 7/6/2011. I was not even available to talk to anyone as I am a volenteer with my church and spent the whole day there and I made no purches of any kind on that day. and I can prove everything.
