We have made a purchase of USB products with Shenzhen Sunshine Technology Co. Ltd after receiving an advertising email from a lady name SOPHIA YANG. We have believed it to be genuine as at that point of time, we made an inquiry in Global source and many of the suppliers are sending emails to us with their quotations. Finally we chose this company as her service and price was good and she was responsive. All went well, she even did actual samples of our required printing. Took photos of the whole lot of production saying that they will be sent out after we made the payment. Everything was so real and we made payment for it. However, after payment was made, she went missing and got another guy named JEFF to attend to us. He gave many excuses saying that there's some problem with the chips hence wouldn't want to send out to us yet. We waited for weeks. He refused to pick up phone calls and there was no reply from him. Finally he appear after 2 weeks and said that we need to pay more money in order to get chips of better grade! We did not make the payment asking for refund of the money we paid. He agreed with the refund but saying that we need to bear the cost of the effort they have put in. Out of desperation, we agreed to accept the refund of only US1,300. The total amount paid was US3,365! BUT, we never get to hear from him again about the refund. So, it was a total lost and this company is out to cheat! We still receive advertising emails from the same company, so beware of them!
