BUYER BEWARE: I'm a well-educated and astute consumer but Evan Marc Katz's company does not play fair! When I discovered that I was being charged monthly for an ongoing service I didn't intend to register for, they made it quite difficult to contact customer service. The phone number listed (next to their charge) on my Visa bill is not in service. How can you charge someone's credit card and not provide a valid, working phone number for them to reach you to contest the charges?! Further, there is no option for directly contacting Customer Service on their website - no phone number or email or address listed. These barriers to investigating charges are completely unethical and inappropriate.
