This company is suppose to help with student Loan consolidation. After I began the process with Green Student, I decided to choose the federal student aid service for consolation help, as it is a service of no cost. They would not work with me to cancel and stop the consolidation process. The paperwork was never filed with the department of education, yet they still took my money and are not refunding me. I asked to speak with a manager, supervisor, or owner but the told me there was no such person, and if so, they were unable to provide me with that information. Stay away from them!
