I signed up with Virgin Mobile on or about Aug 2011. I was not able to get or receive calls from 5pm through 5am. This was happening frequently. Then eventually it stopped everyday during those times. I had contacted Virgin Mobile almost every day and they sent me a new phone saying that the phone was no good. When the new phone came I called them we programed it and it still was not making or receiving calls. The representative could not explain why this was happening. I spent HOURS upon HOURS on the phone with Virgin Mobile trying to fix this issue. Not to mention the jobs and money that I lost because I had no phone service. Virgin Mobile told me on October 5, 2011 that I was gettting refunded $ 25.00 and $ 65.18. They said it would take 10 business days. I called back on Oct 21, 2011 and was told the money was in my account. I called my financial institution and it wasn't. When I called Virgin Mobile back they said that there is nothing that they can do because I already ported my number over on Oct 8, 2011 and closed this account. I continued to call Virgin Mobile Oct 21, Oct 25, Oct 28, Nov 2. On Nov 2, 2011 the final call I was told that I was not getting the $ 25.00 initial start up back and that $ 60.00, not the 65.18 that I paid was going to be in my account in 24 hours. I want my money back and I want it all back due to me not having the full service that I was told I was going to have.
