We purchased an extended warranty on a new car and the purchase price was to be refunded at the end of six years if no claims were made on the warranty. When we submitted the paperwork for the refund at the end of six years, our return receipt was returned that the paperwork was undeliverable to that address and there was no forwarding address for the company. When we contacted Reno Toyota, we were told the president of the company had disappeared and could not be found. Reno Toyota could help up with future repairs and there was no money to be refunded. We could join a class action suit against Signet Financial Group. Interesting when I came to this website looking for the class action suit information I found an advertisement for Reno Toyota.
