Aplication did not work and company NEVER tried to assist!

I am an IT professional and have used many different apps/software packages. It seemed easy enough, but when the app download started, it was terrible from that point on.

The help page has many excuses as to why you may have problems, it states it can jailbreak and unlock my phone, but of course they lied.

I went through the process 4 times over 6 days and nothing they said on their pages worked! I sent a total of 14 messages for assistance and every time just got an automated response telling me to go to their help pages (that did not work).

There is no phone number to call for technical support and when you inquire about a refund they threaten you by stating they will "Blacklist" you in an industry page that will prevent you from EVER being to unlock your phone.

In summary, DO NOT PAY OR DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM APP! It did not work, was very difficult to use, help pages were of no use and after not working they provided NO support or refund.
