I bought a new boost max phone from boost mobile online under March's subscription program of unlimited talk text data $35 a month for 6 months. It also stated a $50 credit and a credit of $30 for transferring my number. Upon receiving the phone and opening the package the phone was damaged with the back cover melting due to a leak from its battery acid And inability to charge. I have been attempting to activate this phone and "port" my number for several days. I have been tryin to do this with multiple representatives and supervisors since Thursday the 3rd. The original attempt to port in my number has seemed to link into an old account with boost mobile. (Closed Jan 2013 I ported number to Verizon) I am still without service. I still Have a damaged phone from manufacturer no phone service and No clue as to how to get service with my phone number through boost mobile. I have been on the phone with representatives for approx 30 hours to no resolve. The 1866number representatives that help me say their Is nothing they can do. I still have not received any promised return phone calls regarding this. Please call me today immediately upon receiving this to insure someone can help resolve the issues pertaining to phone service. please please please HELP! Jeff......... this is the letter I sent .... I still have not heard back... my goodness what a disaster. Never had these problems before. The representative that helped me the least is the only one to apologize on companies behalf
