I purchased 1 Roll of 1/2 Dollar silver coins from this company after receiving a Telephone call from one of their salespeople Peter Conelly who I believe misrepresented the value of these supposed collector coins for $700.00. I gave him my credit call number over the phone in good faith I would receive the product in the mail and they would be as advertised, worth to a coin collector much more that the cost of my purchase. Low and behold I finally received the product after they got my money about a month latter. Sadly to say when I received Rare Coins I had them appraised only to discover they were only worth Face value, I immediately called Conelly who said he disagreed with the appraisal but agreed to take them back and refund my money, He gave me an RMA # 30397 and I returned the coins at my expense via USPS and insured the package for $700,00, I have USPS documentation that confirms the package was delivered to this company on 3/12/14, I have been waiting for my credit ever since and every time I call this company and ask to speak to Connelly or someone that can authorize issuing the credit no one is ever there. I was told on the phone by a answering secretary or operator that my credit would be paid on that business day which was March 26, 2014. Obviously that did not occur and thus the purpose for this complaint.
