I ordered a 14 day FREE trial of Rejouvance on 3/18/14. On 3/31/14 my credit card was billed $89.95. When I call ed the toll-free number I was told since I did not contacted them after 14 days I was automatically billed the full amount of the product. They stated that the 14 day trial started on order date. That is not a 14 day trial. How can you try something when you do not have it? Besides, my card was billed at 13 days. I called another toll free number I found and was on hold for almost an hour before I finally hung up. The first person I talked to said I will receive a 1/2 refund and would get the rest once the product was returned. I have not received a credit back on my card yet. This company obviously is scamming and practicing false advertising. As I said, it is supposed to be a 14 day trial. How can they call it a 14 day trial when they insist the trial starts when items is ordered? You automatically lose 3-5 days because the product is in transit. That is NOT a 14 day trial. Then to be billed the full amount before the 14 day trial has ended is also not right.
