On January 7, 2014 I got a call from My Tech Bay, saying that my computer had been hacked by someone in Florida and all of accounts were in danger and many of my files had been destroyed. I fell for the scam and singed up for a one year tech support and 2 years of virus protection. After the first time I thought things were okay. But then when I tried to find files they were not there and my wordperfect spell checker would not work.

When I reported this problem they could not figure it out and it three days before they got back to me. When I tired to reinstall my WordPerfect program it would not finish.

I must have been on the phone with these guys about 30 hours total struggling to understand their terrible English. Finally in February on the 7th, I cancelled the contract and at first they refused to give me any fufund as it had just passed 30 days. I told them I was going to report them and they finally agreed to give me back half the money. I am still pursueing this with my credit card company. I had to take my computer to experts here in San Diego which I should have done in the fist place. they told me this happens all the time and this company had planted all kinds of Malware in my computer. This cost me an additional $259.00 and my Wordperfect works great.
