I fell prey to this company's online scam for a free trial of two products. As soon as I ordered it and gave them my credit card I regretted it. My products came and about three days later I had a charge of almost 90 dollars on my card (after 11 days from ordering). I called my bank and canceled my card. I then called the company and talked to "Kim". She told me I'd been charged because it was a 12 day free trial and if I did not cancel before then I would be charged for the product. I inquired why I'd been charged then if it had charged if it had only been 11 days. She would not answer my question and kept telling me I could pay to resend the product back to them and pay a 5 dollar restocking fee per bottle. I then asked her if I did this how would I know that they'd really giving me back my money. I also said I had canceled my card because I did not trust them (at this point I'd read others experiences with them on this site) and asked how they'd refund me my money. She said that it could only be done on the card I purchased the product with. At this point it was clear they would not be refunding me.

After this I called my bank and asked them to send me a credit card fraud form. I filled this out. I just received my money back a few days ago from filling this report. I recommend this to anyone who fell for this company's gimmicks!! It was only 90 dollars, but it's nice to have it back!
