I made a payment via Pay1040.com in 2013. I called the customer service department today to get a receipt for the payment that I had made (they had only sent an email with a confirmation number and it doesn't reflect in my past payments). I spoke with a very rude and unprofessional individual named Tamika and was told that they do not provide receipts. If I want anything 'in writing' I'd have to get it from the IRS - very shady. Will not use these people again - EVER!
