I ordered a free trial of (I thought) was Bright Skin. Received a trial of Prodermagenix instead. Called the Bright Skin company and they said to just reorder the Bright Skin again. I noticed that $89.34 had been taken off my debit card. I called the company and they told me because the trial date was up, and I had agreed to this trial (which I didn't know I had) that this is the way it works. I asked to return it because I hadn't touched it and they said that per the agreement, I should've called them and told them I didn't like the product. I tried again to explain that I didn't even try the product, why couldn't I just send it back? Again "it's not part of the agreement." So now I'm sitting here with a product I didn't even want and I'm going to have to pay for it one more time!
