I received an email and text message from a representative named Katie from this company after applying for a loan telling me I was assured a loan , I was not told about any costs and did not agree to any terms and conditions but on the 19th of March £49.99 was taken from my account by the above company . I am in receipt of DLA which I never benefitted from this month as this company plus other loan scams took money from my account , I was devastated as I was off work sick and this was one source of income I really needed , I have sent Katie an email but have not as yet recieved a reply . I hope you can help put a stop to this company preying on vulnerable people and also being bombarded by text messages from Katie . Thank you in anticipation , I forgot to mention I never received a loan
