This company is a fraud.. We were charged $800 Dec, Jan & Feb.. First we though because Christmas lights (just Christmas tree and a couple more lights around so we took it down). Then maybe winter was too cold but we cut off everything and maintained to minimum and still get $800... Our regular bill for winter was 300 MAX!!!! Because we have a wood pellets stove so this is insane!!!! We switch company and we had to wait like 2 months in order to change, how that can be legal???? I'm not working, we have an infant and we can't afford $800 bills... So for first time we were late in payments, we don't have that money!!!!
