On 1/4/2014, I checked my online bank statement and found out that $88 were being charge to my debit card. I called the staff and ask what happened, they mentioned it's their membership fee from my last purchase.
I am very unhappy and asked to cancel my membership, the staff I spoke who by the name of 'Bitha' said they will refund the money to me within 7 working days. I hope they will mean what they say.
Lastly, I think it's very rude for them to just charge me without any information. If I didn't check my bank statement, and didn't make the call, my $88 would have just go down the drain to the their so called 'membership fee'.
