My mum subscribed to the trial of this cream, she intially had £89 taken out of her account by one company (this company uses two different identities for the two creams) she managed, through her credit card company to get the first amount back, however in the last few days another company has taken £89.90 out of her account, after checking with the credit card company, they have told her that as the company is abroad that she will have to seek the money back herself. Both times she has phoned it has taken 40 minutes to get through and each time when she has stated she wants a refund the phone has been put down on her. Has anyone actually successfully got their money refunded.
