The complaint is against an online dating profile
The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
On their web page it said you could get your drivers for your machine updated for the above amount.
Then to activate your key you had to phone the given number.
The person wanted remote access and goes into the registry to show you that you have so many drivers that need updating.
Then she said that there were programs that had stopped and things missing so then wrote on notepad what would remedy it.
She wrote a comparison of high street engineers and lost data and what they would do no lost data. it would cost $199 and could be done online.
she wasn't happy when I said I didn't want to do that at the present time and erased what she had written on notepad.
I took a screen shot of some of what she was telling me.
She didn't update any drivers.
She said she was answering from India. A call centre.
