i purchase the promotional advertised product of bed bug defense at the time when doing the online entry i was asked if i would like additional of such product there was a statement on there saying no thanks to any additional and no thanks to continue order of monthly purchasees. which i pressed on the no thanks other than the promotional product, but it looks like now there are charges to my account for an additional purchase which i did not authorize. i want this and any future deductions stopped immediately i do not want any more cause it has not worked. according to the returns it has to be unopened how are you supposed to try out the product if its not opened? come to reading the the terms and conditions it expires tomorrow 4/1/2014 i just recieved it 3/21/2014 it hasn't been thirty days and they are already takring out of my account . i want it stopped and them investigated.
