I also tried a sample from Pathos and was billed 89.10 less than 2 weeks later for a Skin Care Program I did not sign up for. I called the company and they said I did not sign up for a sample, but a trail period, which means they can deduct at will from my Credit Card. I said I never authorized such a product, but they said (Becky 4508) said I could get a refund of $44.58 and then cancel. I refused and said this was a Scam. After putting me on hold She told me to mail back the unused product with an RMA and a time period of only 7 days for them to receive the REGISTERED package. So now, I send back the unused cream at my expense to tell them to stop the SCAM. I also went online to see where the "fine print" says it is a trial. Guess what? No access to their website at all because all their products have been distributed during this period. So, such a SCAM.
