Cricket has made an unauthorized debit to my bank account on 3/27/2014. I canceled my cricket service 7 months ago, this is the first time they have taken out a fraudulent amount. Cricket wont refund my money, they said I need to put a fraud alert on my account because they do not give refunds and my bank says I need to report it to Cricket to get my money back. Cricket should be the ones giving my money back
