Apparently it seems as though Helms and B&B are the same company. Anyway, My wife and I purchased a 2004 Chrysler sebring in Dec 2012. A few days later we had to take the car back for them to look at because the dash lights would flicker and the radio would cut out. They replaced the battery but claimed to not see the issue. 2nd time we went back and they put in an alternator. 3rd time we went to a firestone with the video of the issue.He could not determine the problem. the 4th time we went was because now the car tries to stall. They could not determine the cause. We paid around 16000 with 3000 left to pay. The KBB.com value is 2600 and with the issues 1200. They did not follow any arbitration agreement, they just had a tow truck driver call to arrange pickup.
