This supposed Agency charges a $180 fee up front when you sign their contract.

The office seems professional at first, and the first thing they do is make you wait, conveniently with a book of their previous work history. The "manager" is always very busy, scheduling hundreds of people in a day, so he wont have time for your questions or phonecalls. At a second glance the office is small and cramped compared to a real business, and there are usually only a handful of staff.

I joined them back in December, and it took them three months to contact me with a job opening. When I asked questions they would either hedge and avoid answering it, or simply just put me on hold. Being skeptical, I asked for a business liscence and the receptionist said "yes I have one, but I don't keep it at the office"

Normally it wouldn't be hers in the first place. I asked to speak to the manager, and of course he was busy. Several hours later I managed to get him on the phone, and he said he didn't have it at the moment and he was too busy to find it for me. I asked him to email it to me when he had time, and he replied with either you want the shifts or you don't, I don't have time for this.

A professional business should never treat a client/contractor in this manner, it is a clear indication of a scam in any company/agency, and it's simply rude. Do not give this company your hard earned cash, you will most likely never see it again.
