Hi. my name is Parisa and I am writing to you to complaint about the big extra charge you took from my account without my permission.
In 3th of March I received the advertisement email from Alore to receive a very good skin serum for free and you only need to pay £3.95 for shipping the product to your address. I have been attracted and signed in and ordered the free product and gave my card datails for the shipping price. Today I received my bank statement and shockingly there was another £86.85 withdraw from Alore in it at the date of 17-03-14!
I called to their customer service to find out the problem, but they said this has come in the terms and conditions and when you agreed to buy the first serum you authomatically will be our customer and we will be selling our product to you!! I said I did not like the product at all and I just used it once or twice because it was irritating my skin and you say you want to sell that product to me again! I even can sent the first serum back to you. why should I buy anything else from you??! they said ok we can stop selling any further product to you but we can not return your money! I was so unhappy so, I said you are stealing people's money with this method and I think this is a kind of froud therefore, I will contact my bank and do the legal actions. they just said ok, do what you want!
Do you really think this is a fair kind of trade to sell something to the people who do not want it at all? only because you think you are doing it in the cover of terms and conditions? It is interesting that you are writing such an important matter in the middle of pages of small prints? Is it fair to recover yourself under £3.95 and suddenly after two weeks take £87 or the even more amounts that I saw in the uncountable complaints in your review website?
I have not receive any further product yet and strongly stop and reject receiving any of them,so please give my £86.85 back and I will never deal with you again in the future and will not recommend you to any one at all.
thank you
