I tried the match.com 6 month trial with the 6 month guarantee. I fulfilled my obligations outlined to receive the guarantee but when the six months were over, I was charged for a renewed subscription. WIth their ridiculously lousy customer service being being what it is I did not accept the automated response i received so I disputed the charge through the bank. I was refunded the new subscription fee but Match.com then blocked me from using my account and will not honor the guarantee because of the legal manner in which I protected my money. The biggest scam artist on Match.com are not from Nigeria, they are the ones who run it.
