Your warranty company is continuously deducting payments for our policy and denied our claim on engine repair. The inspector(s) determined that engine sludge was the reason for our engine failure, which results from non-changing of engine oil. Let it be known that our recommended oil change wasn't due until 3,750 miles in which our vehicle hasn't obtained yet. Your company sent at least three different inspectors out to find reasons not to pay our claim. Let it be further known that the final two inspections required us to approve the repair personnel to remove the engine's valve covers in order for these inspectors to better inspector engine and the entire activity is $450 at our expense as result of the denial claim for a very fictional reason. Let it be further known that we were not informed of the denial claim until after a inquiry to the repair shop about the progress of our car's repair service status. Let it be finally resolved that we think your company is running a scam and we want complete information of the Denied Claims Appeal Department and the Appeal Process ASAP. Your company hasn't even contacted us to inform us of denied claim to date. Again, we would like to appeal this denied claim and to be contacted by your Abitration Department as soon as possible stating the required steps in the Claims Appeal Process.
