This incident happened with me less than two years ago however, I have decided to investigate on this matter and take this company to the court.

So basically, I received this call from Makeover London company and they mentioned that I won makeover for free. In order to secure my place I have to pay a refundable deposit of £100 so I did. The following things were mentioned over the telephone:

- The amount £100 are refundable even if I don't buy the pictures
- I would be served with bubbly's that never happened
- Makeup products that were supposed to be used were: Mac, Bobby Brown, Mayebelline but none of them were ever used. In fact, the makeup artist used cheap primark products when I told her why is she using these products, she stated that's what she is getting paid for and the products are hyper- allergic; which is not true. My face acne got worse and painful

OK, the photoshoot was done, and me and my sister were asked to visit this so called office where this man (office manager) showed us our collective pictures. The pictures were not at all worth the price and he mentioned that according to the contract which I never signed I was suppose to buy 5 pictures worth £800 and if I don't buy them now, I would be taken to the court. Having no legal knowledge at that time- with utmost pain and tears I paid £800 from my savings. ...

Whenever I think about it, it makes my heart cry a million times. This company should be closed. Now I am in the process of hiring a lawyer and taking them company to the court.
