my daughter bought the trial offer without my knowledge. they refused to cancel the account...or refund the money .... or pay the shipping for the return. she actually printed out the agreement. it said NOTHING about owing $99 IF she kept the product. The first month trial was said to be free, but it isn't. my gas, rent, and electric payments didn't clear because they took the money within 1 week of the shipment of the first order, even though we were supposed to have a month to evaluate the product.
