I purchased a Healthmaster in 2009. I have had the canister replaced twice and received them. I called today because my base is shedding bronze colored dust and blinking on and off and is extremely loud. I was told that my lifetime warranty was void because they don't make the YD-Model anymore and I had to buy the Elite model. I was looking at the website and saw the YD-model still available for purchase. I was hung up on by customer service and a Supervisor named Tonya. I repeatedly asked how do offer a lifetime warranty and have no compensation for it because you made a new model. They kept apologizing and saying I need to buy the new one before being hung up on.Something needs to be done about this product and the the health and fire risk it presents.
