I ordered a FEMME FACTOR sample online for $4.99 that was supposed to be the cost of shipping a 14 days free trial that I never received. around 2 weeks later, a charge of $74.98 showed up on my credit card.I tried to call the customer service number and spoke to the rudest agent, that offered at best a refund for $40. this product is a hoax, do not succumb to the free trial- its not FREE
horrible customer service, for a product that doesn't work.
