CSG TECH SUPPORT FROM FLORIDA IS A BIG SCAM !!!! They sent a Virus in my computer and pop ups to scan the computer and it showed up that my computer is hacked and have problems , it had a phone no. on the box and then I called to remove for my computer and telephoned a number to activate the software. They remotely checked the computer and suggested that CSG has found a hacker and problems in computer and would be able to speed up the machine by removing error files. As my computer had been running slower and they asked me to pay $477.00. they were working remotely using Teamviewer hacking remote software on my computer for 2 days because they had wiped off all the programs, When I called the Microsoft late I got to know that this company CS tech support from florida is a scam company and many reports have been filed against them. Microsoft told me not to talk to them again but CSG tech support called me again and they insisted to give the remote again and to show me what they have done and after 10 minutes they crashed my computer to remove all the logs of hacking so the police can not catch them and they hung up on me and now my computer is dead and they took out $477 from my account, CSG tech support is a scam and my police report no. is MK21739Au7 . I should have not given the remote access to them. They are hackers and please beware and don't be a victim. Federal Law Agency told me to do not talk to them if they call and just hung up. now they do not answer the call . just stay away from them
