Dear Sir/Madam,
Two years ago Xlibris published my autobiography "HOPE! An Extraordinary Life".
1) It took them 3 months to publish the picture of the cover in Amazon and Barnes
2) I was unable to see my statement of royalties
3) They almost never answer my emails
4) They owe me money but cannot trace my statement because they change their website, even if I know my code and password
5) The last statement was issued in USDollar when the first was in Pound Sterling
6) My books have been bought by many friends and I still not have received any royalty.
