Received letter announcing that they had been holding lottery winnings and that I had 3 weeks from the date of the letter to contact them and claim the winnings and that all funds would be issued through a bank in Buffalo, NY.
Since this was not a certified letter the signals were coming through clear that this was a scam of some sort so decided to see if others have received this letter. I am happy to join the others filing this complaint. I am going to take the advice of "annonymous" and report this to the US Postal Service for their investigation.
