First of all, I downloaded the Speed Up you PC and paid $29.95AUD. I was advised to call a number to get the activation code. When i spoke the the technical support consultant he advised me that it was going to cost me $399 to fix any problems that my PC had and that I would have another eight years of use with 1 year of technical support 24/7. He then offered me another year of technical support plus a lifetime of PC security software for an extra $199 which was a total of $599.99. I believed I was paying AUD as the man never told me it was USD so it ended up costing me $712.17AUD which is totally outrageous. The technical support consultant also said that he would refund the 29.95 cost of the UniBlue Speed up my PC software but it hasn't been refunded. Shortly after the transaction I noticed that my PC was still not working properly. Since then I have left multiple messages with the technical support team over the past few weeks who say that they will contact me in the next 24 to 48 hours. They have not contacted me since.
