I like the others, ordered from the internet free samples of an eye cream and face cream paying only the Shipping charges of $5.00 and $4.00 and some cents. No where was there listed this was a trial contract, I was chareged $101.00 a month later. I called to ask for a refund and they refused. I called my bank company, BMO, and the lady that answered saying she gets at least 5- 10 calls a day, and there are lots of people in the dispute department, all getting alot of calls a day, and think of the other banks getting so many calls a day? My bank should back us up this is such a large scam, we consumers can't all be stupid and not read what was on our screens. She could care less. I cancelled my card that day. Please can antone help us?
