have been dealing with them for over a month now sent my phone back to them 2 wks ago said they were going to send me my replacement phone in 3 to 5 days and still havent got it called them again tonight and said they never got my phone which is a lie . they are still taking money out of my account even though they know i dont have mine and it wasnt working when i ask them for a replacement a mth ago.
