On 13th February 2014, this company had charged from my credit card an amount of 79.00 US $, which I do not recall having given permission. Furthermore I do not seem to have received any thing in exchange of this money. I have tried to contact them through their support team but failed to get even acknowledgement of my query. Please help me recover this money or let me know why they have charged this amount.
