They are a scam, they called me and told me that my computer is going to crash. He asked me to get onto a remote access website, so that he could diagnose my problem. He tried selling me these protection plans that were incredibly overpriced. I said no, and later the same day was called about the same thing by another guy. Several days later I got called from another number under the same company name. The person proceeded to tell me that my email address was accessed in Nigeria and China... Then telling me to go to another remote access website so they could diagnose the problem.... I smell BS
