I used my bank visa card for a promotion offer of US 1 dollar. At Prime Auction Planner, my card was debited RM548.03. Now i want to cancel this order and get back my refund.My Visa card no is 4848100026104873. The bank approval code is 296483. I called customer support several times but until now my request has not be solved. Please advise me what to do? Thank you.
