I was having problems with my email account. After explaining it via chat box they requested remote access to my computer even asking for my password. I asked if there was a cost...yes...$249.99..I told them it was out of the question...the supervisor OKd it for $149.99(later discovered it was a subscription fee)They commenced to resolve the email problem which I later found out was a computer issue...this process took THREE hours..During that time I conferred with a qualified friend..he quickly found out this was a scam so I told them to stop and I disconnected the chat box. Beware of scams.
