I signed up for the two week trial. I got the product four days later. Four days after that I was charged $98.14 for both products (total of $196.28). When I called to get my money refunded because I hadn't gotten the free trial, I was told the trial started the moment I ordered their product. So I got a four day trial. I wanted to send back the product but because it was opened I was told I could not return it. So I paid top dollar for a product I neither got to try for free, and could not get my money back. Rip-off!
