I processed a claim regarding my bed rail separating from the frame. The original representative stated that this was covered and a technician came out to the home this week Tuesday. The tech stated that someone would call me to schedule delivery either Tuesday or Wednesday. I called today, Thursday, to follow up and the representative stated that because I cannot accurately state what happened to the furniture to cause it to break, it is not covered. I stated to the rep what occurred the night before, which was relations, and I woke up to the bed broken; he stated that was not considered "accidental" damage. I am absolutely livid and want to proceed further with a full refund of the goof proof plan and will no longer purchase furniture from this company.
