I am complaining for a sum of £68.00 out of my bank account. I have never had any dealings with your company. I have been advised by my bank to contact you as you are legally obliged to reimburse me the amount you have taken from me. If this is not rectified I will be seeking legal advice and also trading standards will be informed as I have been a victim of fraud. I am very upset about this as I am I single parent who feels that myself and my son have been robbed by your company. If you would kindly contact me about this matter I would be very grateful.
